The room was stunning and the staff were accommodating and kind, yet the place felt too touristy for me, the lazy river was overcrowded, people were reserving lounge chairs they never used, and it was just too much.

The location is excellent, the staff are very helpful, and the facilities were in perfect condition, with nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and well kept, and the resort grounds and facilities looked nice overall, which was the main bright spot of our visit. However, the room sat at the very end of the building, and during heavy rain and flooding we found water bugs and other small critters around the area. Worse, we never had hot water in the room; an engineer came to fix it, but the hot water still didn’t work after he left, so we had to take cold showers for the rest of our stay. Giving your kids cold showers while on vacation is extremely unpleasant and not what you expect from a resort of this caliber, and I hope this issue is fixed so future guests don’t face the same problem.
