The café where you could redeem breakfast vouchers was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable, the host was rude and unhelpful, and they ignored or responded rudely to our repeated questions about the locked safe, unavailable Wi‑Fi, and parking. Everything was handled from a distance, even letting us in – we had to wait outside. It felt like we were being watched through cameras, and all electricity was cut off as soon as we left the room. When we returned after a hot day, the AC was weak and the room took ages to cool down. The location was a 25‑minute walk from the town center.

“Renovated apartments with authentic breakfast”

The rooms were cozy and clean, equipped with a coffee machine, and the breakfast was authentic, served in a nearby café. However, the location was quite far from the city center and the train station, and some guests might not appreciate the simple Italian breakfast (coffee, cornetto, juice/water) offered in the café.

The spot was close enough to the historic center, the accommodation was very clean, functional, and comfortable. The reception was only by message, and the breakfast, taken 200 m away, was good but very brief.

When we arrived, the place was spotless, the furniture and décor were tasteful, the bath towels felt premium and the bed linens were good. The building and street were calm, with an elevator, and the location was great—just a 10‑minute walk to the historic centre on one side and to the train and bus station on the other. The owner communicated well, and accessing the building and the accommodation was equally convenient. The breakfast offered at a nearby café was limited and plain; we had to buy fruit, cereal, and yogurt to add to it.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible, and our communication with her was excellent throughout. The room and the whole apartment were spacious and comfortable, everything was perfectly prepared and we had everything we needed and more. There were thoughtful amenities and small extras that we didn’t expect in this type of lodging. The property matched the photos exactly, which was a big plus. Everything was clean, well‑maintained, and worked flawlessly. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would gladly return and definitely recommend it to others. The only small improvement would be to provide cutlery and plates in the room so guests can prepare snacks themselves.
