The check‑in was a nightmare – over thirty minutes and nobody could find our booking. Communication was tough because no one spoke English. Once we finally got in, the staff were surprisingly helpful and friendly, which made up for the hassle.

The hotel is right near the city center and offers a bunch of perks like free coffee, laundry, and a gym. The staff really try their best even though their English is limited. The hallway had a weird smell, but the rooms themselves were okay.
