The hotel sits right on the ocean front and is conveniently located near restaurants and stores; the only drawback was the parking.

The view, location, and cleanliness of the property were great, yet there was a chemical odor in my room—unclear if it was a cleaning solution or something else—and several splits in the floors both inside and outside my room suggested structural problems.

We enjoyed the view from the windows, but we didn't like the bed or pillows, the coffee pot was inadequate, the bathroom needed major updating, and the old staircase was horrible; the security guard didn't arrive until we reached the floor and turned the corner.

Location!! This property is ocean front right in the heart of Dewey Beach. Quiet and easy access to the beach. The room was large with a small kitchen area, living room and dining room. Ocean views!. No elevator, so being on the third floor, that is a lot of steps
