The staff and restaurant service were very friendly, and the hotel itself was nice and well‑appointed. Unfortunately, our room faced an ugly parking garage and a construction site; other rooms opened onto a screen canopy of trees, so pick your room carefully!

The staff struggled with payment issues, wrong billing addresses, and they didn’t respond to the editing request at all.

We were in town for the Yes Ann Improv Fest, and the location was spot on. The room was wonderful, the decor was great, and we felt so welcome and cozy.
