“Overall the room was good I wish the shower was better maintained”
The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was not up to date
“I don’t normally stay in a Holiday Inn and now I know why”
The coffee machine served a medium roast that felt very weak, and breakfast was cold because staff were still setting it up.

Convenient for travel needs and pet-friendly, but room 321’s bath sink back‑drained, and the window lacked a blackout curtain, so parking lot lights illuminated the room at night.
