“Disappointed”

The AC didn’t work. The bathroom shower kept leaking continuously. I asked to change rooms, but that wasn’t provided.

“high price but unsatisfied.”

Worst breakfast. The supervisor was too timid to offer items and charged extra if ordered. Butter wasn’t given separately but was barely applied on the bread. No food was available as per choice—typical government attitude. We paid exorbitantly through Booking, considering it a government property, so it must be found but was fondly lousy. Better ambiance, comfortable environment. The bathroom door was locked and needed manipulation to open. The canteen was pathetic, with no food of choice and meager items at breakfast, though we were charged exorbitantly. Beverage options were also not to choice. The canteen master’s behavior was non‑cooperative.

“Mit gewissen Abstrichen ein durchaus besuchenwertes Hotel”

The location is excellent, the scenery interesting and varied. Our room was well sized – the bed, chairs and table were very appealing. Breakfast was served. The kitchen was tidy. At night we had to endure strong work noise for a while. The rooms are very bright and echoey. It is easy to tell which language the neighbors are speaking.

“Money needs to be spent to make it better”

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its prime location. However, my experience was slightly marred by a few minor issues - the lift could have been cleaner, and we encountered some problems with the appliances in our rooms, including a broken kettle and safe in one of the rooms, as well as a non-functional wardrobe in our second room. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's central location more than made up for the inconvenience.
