The staff were friendly, yet the shower had no pressure or was absent, some outlets didn't work, and the room felt drafty and cool.

Sehr schönes altes Hotel mit Geschichte. In direkter Laufweite von Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Die Geschichte des ältesten Hauses im Familienbetrieb in Göteborg hat sicher ihre Berechtigung und sollte dann aber auch konsequent gespielt werden. Denn die Konkurrenz durch die Ketten ist sicher groß. Also lieber nicht versuchen diese nachzumachen (Frühstücksbüffet) sondern mit Individualität punkten (z.b. eigenes Brot, goodie auf dem Kopfkissen etc) Für große Leute: Kopf einziehen und bei der Dusche auf Ellenbogen und Zehen aufpassen, da doch alles sehr klein ist

The location is amazing—central to the main bus/train depot and close to old town sights, the rooms are very quiet and breakfast was unrivaled, the staff were always friendly and smiling, but the rooms are very small.
