The hotel's proximity to the border was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was let down by its smoky atmosphere. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, which was a real turn-off. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were extremely limited.

The hotel's a decent place to stay, but the chairs in the room are pretty uncomfortable - I think a mini sofa or some soft chairs would make a big difference. On top of that, getting print-outs of documents was a real hassle, and they don't accept credit card payments, which is a bit of a pain.

The hotel's got some great facilities and the rooms are spotless, but we got ripped off when we checked out - they charged us almost $20 more than the price we booked for without explaining why. It's a shame, because the security here is top-notch and the amenities are really good.

I'm still trying to process what happened - we came back to our room and found the housekeeping staff in there, and our money was missing from the safe. It's a huge breach of trust, and I'm not sure how they thought they could get away with it.
