The location was perfect for attending events and classes
The hotel was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful
The hotel's amenities and services were adequate, but I didn't feel like it exceeded my expectations in any way

I wish the breakfasts had been free.
“Clean, comfortable and hassle-free. Would stay there again.”
Everything was clean, comfortable, and updated in style, and the continental breakfast was good. The staff delivered outstanding customer service, and I appreciated the Dove brand soaps, shampoo, and disposable makeup wipes in the bathrooms. On the downside, there were almost no places to plug in USB or USB‑C devices—other hotels put outlets in lamp bases, which would have been very helpful. The on‑site restaurant’s room‑service refused to discount an appetizer because they were out of the brisket that was supposed to be the star of the dish, and they also messed up my drink order.
“Great value, clean rooms”
The shower was clean and roomy, putting this place a step above most budget hotels.
The location was exactly where I needed to be, but the coffee maker in the room didn’t work and there was only one tiny trash can.
“IT WAS NICE BUT NEXT YEAR I WILL AT THE ONE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN.”
I was thrilled to find a Gideon Bible in the drawer, the air conditioner worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. The only negatives were that someone had to come up to turn on the TV, and there was no guide, so I had to keep flipping through channels to see what was next.
