It’s far from anything downtown or any shop. It’s very quiet and there are only a few rooms, like a big house, you could walk around at night. You have to book the pool; I stayed two days and could only use the pool for one hour, and there’s nothing nearby.

You have to book the pool and on the same day I checked in I tried to book it, but there was no availability; I think guests should have priority over external day passes. If the description said the pool was subject to limited availability I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. I was looking for a hotel with a pool. They tell you that if you leave late or early you’re charged 25 % of the room. They handed me the key 20 minutes after 3 o’clock and gave me nothing in return.

The place is very comfortable and beautiful, but the domes in the room were a bit dirty.

The venue is amazing and the facilities look gorgeous, and the staff are very friendly; overall it's a great spot, I've been there three times and the rooms and amenities were spectacular on those visits. However, the room I received this time was very small, had mosquitoes, and the bed type wasn't very comfortable for two people. My previous experience was incredible, this time it wasn't.
