“Gabriella è l’anima di questo hotel”
The location was excellent, the cleanliness was perfect, and the wellness and relaxation area was beautiful, well-maintained and clean. Lady Gabriella is the soul of this hotel; her passion and professionalism make the hotel special. I would add a few more services in the rooms: a kettle, foam bath in the dispensers instead of sachets, and maybe a bath cap.
The family atmosphere was perfect. The owners and staff were friendly. The food was absolutely excellent. :-) I will come back.
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The services were excellent.
The garden was great.
“Soggiorno meraviglioso presso una struttura molto curata e gestita al meglio. Servizio eccellente come anche la cucina,”
The structure was very well cared for in every detail. The food was great. The service was very fast and friendly. Nothing else. I only suggest a fridge bar in the room as a welcome improvement.
