A classy and welcoming place with a lovely atmosphere, and parking is a big plus. A small improvement would be to offer bottled water and coffee at the reception, simple yet important touches for guests.

The spot was decent, a few blocks from a breakfast spot and a 15‑minute walk to the old town. Though they say they don’t give toiletries (probably to dodge an Italian rule), they actually do. Checking in was tough, needing a video to figure it out. We asked to keep our cars a few extra hours on checkout day; even though the lot was free, they denied us, forcing us to pay for a downtown lot.
