The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are large, there’s a pool and a gym on the upper floor, and the restaurant on the first floor costs a modest 23 SAR per person. The staff are ready to help at any time, and the reception staff member, Mr. Mohammed, was exemplary in politeness and ethics; he helped us with many things and upgraded our booking from Junior Suite to Royal Suite and also extended our checkout to 5 pm. I thank him greatly for his cooperation and may God reward him. The only problem is that there is no large space to park a car right at the door upon arrival; they do have a dedicated hotel garage for guests’ cars.
