My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uneasy and the surrounding area did not feel safe. At the reception, I was left waiting while the staff member remained occupied with a personal phone call, showing little professionalism or interest in assisting guests. When he finally addressed me, my confirmed, prepaid booking was abruptly declined without any explanation or courtesy. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, and there was no effort made to resolve the issue or offer support. The overall attitude was rude, uninterested, and far from what any traveller would expect from a hospitality service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, respectful, and reliable stay
