The staff at this place were honestly the best - so friendly and helpful
The beach was gorgeous
I did notice there weren't any rubbish bins outside on the territory

“Exclusif”
Location, breakfast and service are exceptional. Very calm, it feels like there are few people. The Michelin‑starred restaurant, its team and the sommelier are very competent. There could be a few more activities offered. The price is high in peak season.

The hotel’s location, the beach (one of the few areas where the service works perfectly, just like Luca who seems to be on his golf‑car almost 24 h a day or Lory in the restaurant) and the food are wonderful. As for the rest, compromises have to be made. I have known the hotel for years, but the situation this year has never been worse. When a new guest arrives for the first time, they end up wandering cluelessly, hoping the waiters will explain the options because the reception acts only as a check‑in/check‑out point and does not perform normal reception duties; on the contrary, they even feel annoyed when approached with questions. Even worse is the so‑called concierge Laura; unfriendly, incorrect and completely overwhelmed. In the restaurant you also notice that a few good service people cannot compensate for everything. This level of service does not deserve 5 stars and especially not this price.

The rooms, pool, and restaurants are better than the photos show, and the spot is great—just a short walk to the beach with a solid beach service offering sun beds and umbrellas.
