The à la carte restaurant was spectacular, 10/10, and the pool drinks were excellent. The buffet food was only a rescue; it was not varied, didn't look fresh, and the buffet staff seemed grumpy. For the advertising they give, I expected more; I had high expectations.

The room’s décor was nice, and some staff members tried to make the stay better, thanks to them. However, restaurants closed without prior notice, the room was far from everything, and if you have a lot of luggage you have to carry it up the stairs alone. Even though some employees put in effort, the treatment isn’t the same for national and foreign guests, and not all staff are equally friendly; some are very kind while others are less so. It’s frustrating because the job is exhausting, and the service should be more consistent and courteous—good experiences lie in the details.

The staff was consistently friendly, and the food was generally good with plenty of options. The main reason we chose this hotel was its kid‑friendly amenities, but we couldn’t use the kids club because our child was too young to stay alone, and they wouldn’t let us join the activities with her either. Also, there were no real fruit smoothies; everything had added sugar.
