Everything was very well organized, though there were a few too many mosquitoes.

We were given a choice of rooms and picked the best one, which had a terrace overlooking the mountains and the sunset; the location was convenient, only a 10‑minute walk from the center or various entrances to the medina, and there was also a fork on the upper road to the medina. We struggled to get water at a consistent temperature—sometimes it was cold, sometimes it was very hot, and in March the floors were still cold.

I left my phone at the hotel and, thanks to their trust, they called me to let me know I’d forgotten my second phone – many thanks for your kindness and reliability.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, offering a clear view and a very affordable price. The hotel itself was modest but incredibly clean, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was a welcome bonus. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the young staff member, Oualid, who provided us with invaluable advice on exploring Chefchaouen and its surroundings. The hotel's proximity to the city center and the attached parking lot made it a convenient choice for our stay.
