The place was spotless and cozy, and there were no complaints.

They didn’t offer breakfast and kept pressing us for money, and there were bedbugs in the room, which was unacceptable.

The staff were helpful, but the rooms were infested with bedbugs on the bed, walls, and floors, making us worry about our health and unable to sleep; even after switching rooms we still had the problem, so one family member had to sleep in a corridor corner with our own bedding, and we only stayed one night out of the three days booked before checking out; the refund we received was minimal compared to the stress we felt, so I’ll never return to that hotel.

There were no proper facilities, and the TV never woke us up even after several requests to the staff.
