A great choice for a Florence stay. Special thanks to the cleaning lady, an energetic and fantastic woman who always met our needs. I recommend this experience because of its excellent location and outstanding staff.

The place was very clean, and the shared kitchen and bathroom were also spotless. The fridge, electric kettle, and microwave made it very comfortable, and being close to the station was a big plus.

The room was comfortable with an air conditioner, but the walls were thin and you could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the kitchen. The shared bathroom—combining toilet, shower, and washing machine in one tight space—was inconvenient when other guests used it. Because of a national train strike in Italy, we couldn't stay the first of our two booked nights. The host initially said they might make an exception, but after our stay we learned no changes or refunds were possible due to the strict non‑refundable policy and the 2‑night minimum. Paying €164 for about 12 hours of actual stay felt very disappointing, especially considering the conditions and pricing compared to other options in the area. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place based on our overall experience.
