צוות, ניהול מעולה- כול מה שביקשנו בוצע מיידית, נוף, ניקיון, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומעולה , חניה מקורה. אין מעלית מהקבלה עד לחדר, כלומר צריך ״ להסתדר״ עם מדרגות של קומה, אבל חוץ מזה מעולה

This hotel is gorgeous, the service is top‑class, and when they claim “Gourmet” in their tagline they really mean it; breakfast is so good I’ll dream about it, the specialty coffee and everything else are of the highest quality, and dinner is also very good. The only issue is that I know this area usually stays cool, but an air conditioner or a mini‑split in the room would have been nice.

The hotel is beautiful and sits in a panoramic spot that lets you enjoy a fantastic view of Ortisei and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, there’s a garage for the car, and you can also get a shuttle to Ortisei’s center included. I definitely recommend it.
