The hotel’s proximity to the airport was convenient, and they offered complimentary slippers and instant Nescafé in the room. The staff were friendly, especially when we arrived late, and they let us check out late the next morning. However, the finishes were rough and the interior didn’t match the online photos, which seemed like they were taken when the building was first built or digitally altered; while the airport location was good, I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area.

I had stayed here before, but this time with my son I booked a two‑bedroom room with a balcony. They gave us a completely different room without a balcony and told us to “go out here” to the terrace – it was just outrageous.

“Disappointed”

Close to SAW with front‑parking; the lady at breakfast was helpful and the personal was acceptable. Nonetheless, it’s far from an 8/10 hotel, more like a 5–6; the price was not justified. Our family room had no window or outside view and carried an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was very poor, and the tea had a strong lime‑scale taste and smell. The air‑conditioner controls were confusing and its panel made noises all night. Sound insulation was terrible – we could hear other guests, especially people talking or walking, and even shouting in the hallway. Overall, the hotel looked much better online than in reality; the photos and rating set higher expectations than what we actually experienced.
