It was fairly quiet, close to the beach, and the staff were friendly. Trash was on the beach, and the sewerage ran from the creek to the ocean.

“环境好服务特别好离海很近”

特别好的酒店，从到达酒店门口的第一刻起，从泊车员、到前台、到客房服务人员，都给了我们很好的充满微笑的服务。套房性价比很高，公共区域干净且有设计感，酒店内泳池有一个深的一个浅的，健身房虽然小但器械都不错，旁边餐馆、按摩店、711、沙滩都很近，住了三晚搬去卡伦海滩了，绝对会再次来这里～ 我们在曼谷的酒店押金忘记退了，到达苏林海滩这个酒店之后本来只想借个电话联系一下，结果前台工作人员直接给我们联系处理汇款过来了，非常感谢。. 套房二楼的空调如果开到20度以下，偶尔会失效，联系前台很快来房间处理了。

We spent a night there – the hotel is magnificent, the staff are attentive, the breakfast was very high quality. The pools are also well designed, and the nearby Surin Beach allows you to swim and watch the sunset!

“A little piece of home in the island”

A big thank you to Khun Peter and his team for always making me feel as if OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort were a little piece of home on the island. I love staying here not only for the rooms, but also for the service, the food and the location. Any room is a good choice, but if your budget allows it, I would definitely recommend a pool room. The Deluxe Pool Access has direct access to the pool from its own little balcony, while the Plunge Pool Suite has its own private pool and terrace — absolutely fantastic. I also recommend booking with breakfast. There is a great variety, from eggs cooked to order and fresh fruit to salads, pastries, yoghurt, cereals and savoury dishes. I usually eat out, but dinner at Nalu is also excellent. I particularly enjoy ordering a few dishes from the starters and cold plates to share. The meat is always a great choice too, or you can try one of their salads with local inspiration. The location is fantastic, with beautiful Surin Beach just a few minutes’ walk away and the long stretch of Bang Tao Beach about five minutes away. I love going there early in the morning for a walk or a run. And finally, the service from every single member of the team is simply wonderful — from the security guard who helps you cross the road, to reception, F&B and housekeeping. Everyone makes you feel genuinely welcome. Thank you, Khun Peter and the whole team, for making every stay feel a little bit like coming home. ❤️

“Missing all of the wonderful staff :(”

Everything! The staff were incredibly kind while I was alone and sick, providing as many water bottles as I needed—23 bottles over three days—and I ended up extending my stay twice because it was so good. On booking, I didn’t realize there was no elevator; it was a last‑minute reservation, but the staff fixed it right away by upgrading me to a villa with a private pool for a small extra fee.
