The location was perfect for my event, but the bed was hard and filthy—hair and food were found in the mattress and towels, and the whole room had a terrible odor. Service was subpar and the TV only played Spanish.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but breakfast was a minimal effort and still adequate. Even hard‑boiled eggs could have been made with little effort and expense, yet there was no protein. The coffee was weak, forgettable, and neither carafe was labeled (water? coffee? regular? decaf?). Three issues stood out: 1. In room 218, a bearing on the exhaust fan rattled loudly; the fan turns on automatically with the bathroom light, so it couldn’t be avoided. 2. The toilet was unstable, poorly secured to the floor, rocked and rolled when sat on, and the seat wouldn’t stay up, forcing a male guest to hold it up with one hand when standing. 3. After dropping a pill on the floor, I had to crawl around to find it; the dust under the sink showed that cleaning was, at best, cursory.

The room was clean and the check‑in clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast left a lot to be desired: they served waffles but no sugar‑free syrup, so I couldn’t eat one; there were toast, muffins, and cereal, but on the first morning the milk was almost empty.

I was really looking forward to using my accumulated points for a free night, but unfortunately, they didn't get credited to my account. The hotel itself was fine, with a decent room and helpful staff, but the lack of points recognition was a letdown, especially considering I've invested a lot of money in their rewards program. The location was great, and the room was clean, but the points issue left a sour taste in my mouth.
