Everything met our expectations – we could check in early, and our balcony was on the shady side, which was perfect at 35+ degrees. The building isn’t accessible to everyone on the street because you need your room key to get in, which gave a sense of security. Breakfast was fine, like all other Servigroup hotels. The entertainment was nice, though the lighting could be dimmer. Definitely a place I’d return to.

The staff were very attentive, the room was decent with a balcony, and the shower water pressure was great. A general renovation would be welcome – it still feels like the 90s. The air conditioning works well, the pool is good, and there are two elevators that function nicely. The food is acceptable, but more variety would help; the outstanding service more than makes up for everything else.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and surrounding areas. The staff were friendly and the breakfast options were good.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past 20 years and have never been let down – the location, food and cleanliness are always excellent. There isn’t anything I don’t like.
