The location was amazing—at the valley’s base with stunning views of both mountain sides! There’s really nothing much to complain about; everything was pretty good.

The room I had originally booked had no windows, so I upgraded to a suite, which was amazing for the price. The bed was very comfy and the view beautiful. Alex communicated well, was efficient, and very helpful. Breakfast was okay, and the rooftop pool was good. Even though we asked for a room change, it wasn’t done even though we paid a premium price; we only received fresh towels. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

The valley‑view rooms have large bay windows, great for waking up to nature. Alex, the manager, was super helpful and accommodating.

The pictures shown when I booked didn’t match the actual property at all, which left me extremely dissatisfied. The price quoted by the old hotel differed from the amount I paid on the reservation site, turning this trip into a total failure.

A beautiful hotel, but it’s far from the city center.
