The staff were really friendly, which was a plus, but that's about where the positives ended. The room was dirty with stains on the floor and had mold growing in it - not great. The shower had broken marble on the floor which was a safety hazard, and our room wasn't vacuumed even once during our week-long stay. To make matters worse, the photos online didn't match the reality, and the entrance was a slippery slope on rainy days since it wasn't paved or concreted.
