The location was fine, but I had to check out one night early for work and the booking was made through bookings.com while the hotel charged me for the full two nights directly. Also, there was no place in the room to hang wet towels from the shower, and I was told it was supposed to be in the new wing—please explain what that means.

Excellent service – many options at breakfast. The pool water was cold and the sauna was cold too! Maybe it was defective during my stay.

We had a bad experience, they are scammers; we messed up our booking and called 10 minutes after realizing it, and as luck would have it nobody answered the front desk, so we were told the receptionist was late and we had to call back at 23:00, but nobody ever answered again and then they told us the time had passed and we couldn’t get a refund, it’s really unfortunate and unprofessional. Think twice before booking. Nothing bad, personal experience, unprofessional.
