The staff were very polite, the bed was huge and comfortable in a spacious room, breakfast was exceptional, and the sky bar offered great views, but the hot water sometimes cut off completely.

The location, bedding, climate control, and the restaurant on the top floor were all excellent, but the lack of large windows and the pool were disappointing.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the rooftop and restaurant views were spectacular, yet one of the two rooms we stayed in had a slight plumbing issue where the shower didn't drain properly, though otherwise it’s a great place to stay with great Bahn Mi and coffee nearby.
