The staff was very friendly, professional and welcoming. The hotel’s location was peaceful and serene, and filled with history. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and plan to come back again.

The room was spotless and cozy, and even though the palace hosted several private events, it felt like we had it all to ourselves; the food, ambience, and staff were all friendly and helpful, but the palace’s size meant some areas like the “cave” – a potential music bar or salon – were rarely used, and I’d love to see those spots open more regularly.
