The proximity to the ferry and the staff were positives, but the building’s poor isolation let everything be heard.

Very central, the staff were very friendly, the location was spotless and well cared for, coffee was available and delicious, the pool was clean with seating areas and tables lit for chatting or board games; everything was fine.
