The cleaning was awful—only the bed was made. The floor still had beach sand and hair (I have hair loss), and no one even swept it; the dirty floor was clearly visible from far away. On top of that, the only “cleaning” they did was at 4 pm.

The vibe was relaxed, and the pool area with gardens was lovely. The hotel’s décor matched the overall atmosphere. Rooms were clean, had a natural feel, and came with Nuxe toiletries: hair and body wash, conditioner, and hand lotion that could double as body lotion—no need to bring your own. The hairdryers were good, and there was a handy clothes steamer for removing wrinkles. The only issue was that towels for beach use weren’t provided, which would have been very handy.

Great! Absolutely flawless! Located right in the center between two plazas, so everything is close by. The rooms are tidy, especially those with a coffee machine in an ideal layout. You can see the pool and greenery from the room. The breakfasts and dinner were delicious. The pool is perfect.
