Having only a handful of apartments in the building keeps the noise down, which is a smart choice. The pool and sunbeds are a nice bonus, so you don’t need to drive out to the beaches every time.

A stunning apartment with an unbeatable view! The owner was friendly, the parking spot was great, the pool was lovely, and the furnishings were modern—truly a pleasure to stay in.

The apartments are brand new, comfortable, and fully equipped, tucked away in a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing window view. Neighbors are pleasant and quiet, and there are only 4 units in the building. Parking is small but sufficient for everyone. The pool is cozy, and the hosts were very kind and welcoming, even helping with transport. We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is a bit removed from some sights, but the old town of Ulcinj—beautiful—and the huge sandy beach are nearby.
