“A comfortable stay made special by Prahlad bhaiya’s excellent service and genuine hospitality.”

I had a very comfortable stay, and the best part was the support from caretaker Prahlad bhaiya. His service was excellent and he went out of his way to help whenever needed. My trolley bag zip had been damaged, and he personally took it for repair and got it fixed for me. He also arranged a taxi to Omkareshwar and Maheshwar, and helped with local e‑rickshaw arrangements for Mahakal and other temples in Ujjain. His warmth, helpful nature and attention made the stay very easy and pleasant. Nothing major to mention; overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

A small family guest house. The host at the reception doesn’t speak English but the owner is very helpful via WhatsApp. The room is clean and quiet (rare). The temple and the cat are about ten minutes on foot. I highly recommend this pension. Nothing.

The place is incredibly charming and tranquil, and Mr. Pralhad is a true gem—just ask him and he'll gladly help and guide you; he's also very close to all major religious sites. Bravo, Johari Heritage Home. The only downside was the checkout time, which felt too early.
