The location was fine, but the furniture was very old, breakfast was a bit chaotic, staff didn’t explain the layout, wrong cups were put out, the coffee machine overflowed when used, and overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was a good size, and the old building was interesting, but it feels overpriced given the lack of facilities.

Everything was great – the reception staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were lovely!

The welcome was excellent and the host was very friendly, offering us a nice glass of wine when we checked in; the terrace overlooking the Thames was lovely for a few beers, and the breakfast selection was fantastic with an option for a full English – I chose the vegetarian version, which was excellent, though it cost extra but was worth it; the only issue was a partially blocked bathroom sink, but it wasn’t a major problem.

Perfectly located for us. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The room was very small, with no where to sit other than the bed. The shower leaked over the side of the bath, flooding the floor. The tea things were in the wardrobe, and got in the way of the clothes. No long hanging
