The location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent, though the breakfast fell a little short.

The hotel is in an excellent spot, close to the metro, tram, and buses. The check‑in staff were exemplary. The décor is very original and functional. The room is large and cleaned daily. Breakfasts are very good and offer a wide range (though the daily menu is the same). The roof pool has a beautiful view (but has been closed since mid‑September), and there are two free saunas and a small pool in the basement. The hotel is worth recommending in every way.

Breakfasts are tasty and varied, with a huge selection. The location is great, everything is close. The water in the indoor pool is cold, and the jacuzzi is out of order.

Clean and friendly staff. Emre and the two young men on duty on Wednesday morning were very helpful. Kind and very accommodating. As a family we felt safe and very comfortable. I breakfast was lovely lots of variety but we felt perhaps a better selection of English breakfast like pasteries should have been made available. It’s a minor but would have made the stay 10/10
