The place is very well located and comfortable, but the stairs to the second room are uneven and awkward to climb up and down.

The room was spotless, comfortable, spacious, and clean, yet the reception staff were not very helpful and were not available at the expected times; they seemed more focused on watching videos on their phones than attending to guests, though everything else was great despite being a bit far from Boquete’s nightlife.

The room was large, the air‑conditioning worked well, and the beds and pillows were fine, but the staff were invisible, the shower was a very high, almost sitting‑bath style, and the windows wouldn’t open.
