The location is good, but our stay at this villa did not meet expectations. The air‑conditioning in the common area never worked, making it impossible to enjoy the indoor space as we’d chosen the villa for; mosquitoes and the outdoor heat were unbearable. The villa showed clear signs of poor maintenance—hot water was inconsistent, and the property felt much older than the photos suggested. Communication with the admin team was frustrating; they were reluctant to offer compensation and only did so after long negotiation. The only bright spot was the housekeeper, who genuinely tried to help, though the problems were beyond their control.

The big house offered privacy and comfort with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool table, a swimming pool, great sound system, a kitchen for cooking, a BBQ grill, and a huge TV. However, essential items were missing—only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no bottled water, and the constant barking of several dogs kept us from sleeping all night.

The large house has a pool and a beautiful view, but it wasn’t very clean; I found cockroaches in the dish‑storage cabinet and had to wash them before use. The facilities were incomplete, with no shower soap available.

The spot is quiet, spacious, and has a nice vibe, with a pool and a pool table that’s ideal for a big family or friends. It’s a great launchpad for trips to Khao Yai National Park. The only downside is that you have to leave the guarded village—almost 1.5 km—to find food, so having a car is a must. When we arrived, the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working and the TV/Karaoke system needed setup, which could have been handled beforehand.

“โมเมนโตเขาใหญ่ ยังไงก็ต้องมา”

The atmosphere is great, and the host takes care of everything, even adding an extra bed if you let them know in advance. The pool is excellent, deep enough to enjoy, and the sound system works both inside and outside. There’s a washer, a pool table, and a master bedroom with a soaking tub. It’s close to attractions, cafés, and restaurants that can be ordered by phone, and once you’re in, you won’t want to leave. The big TV is a nice touch. The only thing is that the house opposite has just finished a renovation.
