The hotel is impeccable, the staff are exceptional, they pamper you and meet every request, and the location is close to the center. I always choose this hotel because I always feel very comfortable, but this time I have to point out the room cleanliness: I asked for a change of sheets, the request was fulfilled immediately, yet the room was not perfectly clean.

The cleanliness was good. The bathroom had a strong odor coming up the hallway, the sofa bed was dented in the middle, and the electric vehicle charging was paid with a very high fee.

The location was good, but the room was small.

The continental breakfast was served on the super panoramic floor, but the shower facilities could use improvement.
