The staff were friendly and spoke Chinese. The room could have been a bit larger.

The location is close to Ikebukuro station and several convenience stores. There is no window and the room is very small.

Quiet yet close to everything. The only issue was that the stairs at the front of the building were a little steep.

The place is well‑situated, making it convenient to get around, with plenty of nearby options that simplify travel. The rooms are a bit small, but still functional enough for a visit‑focused stay, so overall it works well.
