Giulia is charming and super attentive. The apartment is in a great spot right in the Spanish quarter, just a stone's throw from Via Toledo. We’ll definitely return when we’re back in Naples.

Giulia was incredibly kind and always available, a fantastic host. The room was well organized, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

The location is good, but the room was tiny – the site says 30 m², it was only 12‑13 m². The lighting was dim. The trash bin was too small; with the bi‑daily cleaning the bins wouldn’t fit the trash, and we had to leave bottles next to it. The toilet lid was loose and we asked for a fix, but it wasn’t repaired during our stay. We sat on the porcelain. The host claimed we damaged it after the repair, saying my husband “weighs 100 kilos” and that we were “intentionally causing trouble.” We would have paid the final bill by card, as the site says Visa, Amex, Mastercard and JCB are accepted, but the guy on arrival said he couldn’t access the card machine. We suggested paying the next morning when the host was there, but that didn’t work, so we had to go to the ATM to get cash or we wouldn’t get the keys. Breakfast was just coffee and a croissant behind the bar a few streets over. We had to ask for the breakfast vouchers, and we only got half of them. The next morning at 8 a.m. the host came to our room with the receipt for the cash payment and the missing breakfast vouchers we requested. She started shouting that we couldn’t wash our own small laundry in the room “this isn’t a laundromat!” The washing machine shown in the hotel photos wasn’t available for guests. She also insulted us about the previous day’s events and the situation escalated until we asked her to leave, but she didn’t, citing “her house” and threatening to call the police, yet she didn’t comply. The room is available from 15:00‑18:00, and any deviation incurs extra charges. The host must be informed in advance of the exact arrival time, and a deviation caused a storm of hostility from the host both verbally and in messages. There are no bath towels at all, even though the room specs say there are. The toilet paper for 2 people for 6 nights is 2 rolls, extra rolls cost extra. The shampoo is for 2 showers, more costs extra. There’s no bidet.

The street noise was annoying.

I couldn’t go because the owner barred me from entering on the day I arrived in Naples, with no explanation! The owner is very rude.
