We had to be very cautious with this place. We were standing outside the front door and no one opened it. We called the manager for the check‑in code; she gave us the first digits, then hung up and told us the room was double‑booked. She promised to refund the money we had already paid, but that never happened, and Booking couldn’t help. Tip: always send such requests by email so you have proof.

Arriving around 8 pm, well inside the advertised 3 pm check‑in window, I found no one at the front desk, no keys, and no staff to help me get in. After calling the property, I was told the room hadn’t even been prepared and that someone would arrive soon. I waited about an hour longer before a staff member came to clean and ready the room, but when they left there were no towels for me to shower. No apology or compensation was offered for the hassle.
