The staff were great and the location was excellent.

Having a sauna in the room is wonderful, but the shower cabin instead of a bathtub and the separate exit from the bathroom straight into the common corridor feels a bit odd.

The location was perfect, very quiet yet a short walk to town. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for a family of four, making it an ideal base for exploring Hanmer Springs. Nothing to complain about.
