The reception was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location in the city centre is convenient.

The centre‑city location works well. Emily, who runs the hotel, is very friendly and accommodating, and we managed to get an early check‑in.

The location and the style of the hotel are appealing, and there were no issues.

The phone greeting was warm, and the late‑arrival check‑in was handled perfectly, but the room numbering doesn’t match the floor layout.
