This place is a scam. When I arrived, they told me the property had changed ownership to Teak House Lanta‑2, so my reservation was never honored, yet they charged my credit card $1582.40 CAD. I will do everything to get a refund from these thieves, and Booking is also responsible for this fraud. The customer service at Booking was incompetent; they offered no help, and I had to scramble for another place on 25 December when everything else was full, which was extremely stressful.

“A bit disappointing for €40 per night”

The building was nicely constructed and the facilities were good, but there was no privacy and the bathroom wall had stains that looked like blood.
