“Zu Laute Musik”

The rooms are good and the beds comfortable. The pool is nice and the hotel’s location is very central, right in the middle of Uluwatu’s action. What really bothers me is the constant loud music from the pool. Depending on which house you’re in, the impact varies, but the music plays from 8 a.m. to 23:30 h at a volume that makes it impossible to sleep or relax, whether you’re in your room or at the pool. I can’t understand how anyone would start such loud music at 8 a.m. when everyone is still asleep, and keep it going until midnight even when no one is at the pool or bar. I’m not particularly noise‑sensitive, but this was unbearable and is why I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were generous and courteous, the location was excellent, and the restaurant and pool were great. They let me check out late and use the facilities. However, the rooms could use a bit more maintenance, the rooms near the restaurant were a bit noisy in the evenings, and the poolside lockers lacked soap, shampoo, and hot water.

The location is superb. The place is super modern, clean, and well maintained. We were upgraded to a better room than the one we booked and were allowed to check in early. The restaurant above is delicious and very affordable.

“Very comfortable and good service provided”

The room was perfect for my three‑night stay. The bathroom was very standard, but the bedroom was excellent. The staff were friendly and the service was great.
