The room was large and spacious, the onsen facilities were excellent, clean, and offered a great experience, and breakfast was very good with a large selection. However, the room feels dated, the mattress was very hard—those preferring a softer bed might have a problem—and the bathroom was old but still clean.

The location was good, the facilities turned out larger than I imagined and I was surprised, the service was courteous, and the large public bath was spacious with several temperature options that were enjoyable.

The room view was stunning. Outside, there were a few moths, which made me a bit uneasy.

The location and staff service were good. The buffet food had decent ingredients and turned out tasty.

The view from the window was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the food was totally satisfying (highly recommend the soft‑serve ice cream). No negatives at all.
