I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. Although we didn't end up staying there, I was unable to cancel our booking due to poor communication. The hotel's location on the main highway was noisy, with lots of truck traffic, and the room we were assigned had issues like no air conditioning, a fly infestation, and a non-functional TV. To make matters worse, the restaurant we were looking forward to trying was closed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings. On the plus side, the location was convenient, but that's where the positives ended. The room lacked basic amenities like shampoo, and the bathroom outlet and TV didn't work, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, appreciating the cozy and comfortable rooms that felt recently updated with a nice upnorth feel. However, I did notice that noise from other guests was audible, which was a bit of a drawback.

“We thought it was overpriced for the condition of the place”

My stay had its ups and downs. The bar restaurant was a highlight, with great music and food. However, our apartment, Eagle East, was in need of significant upgrades, including a new floor, as it was uneven and caused issues with the stove and refrigerator. The bathroom had a large step, and the ceiling was stained, with a gas stove that had safety concerns.
