The owner was lovely and the location fit our needs, but the place had no heating; we were handed a portable fan heater and a radiator that barely worked. The neighbors were very noisy, and we paid £30 for parking yet found no space twice. The area was unsafe, full of loud drunks and gangs, and a group of men stared at my 11‑year‑old daughter.

Alisha was excellent and very welcoming to me and my girlfriend! The location was very convenient and completely worth the money! The showers were lukewarm at best, but that was fine.

There were no bed sheets on the bed, the mattress cover was ripped, and there was no heating in the room.
