This place was a total disaster - the rooms were filthy, our kids wouldn't even use the bathroom. Everything was leaking, smelly, and dirty. The bedding reeked, had stains, the toilet leaked with poop left behind, the shower was broken, and there was limescale everywhere. It was freezing cold and they didn't even provide glasses for drinks.

The location is great, and the owner was really helpful over the phone, even letting me check in early. But that's where the positives end. The description of the place is way off - there's no terrace or balcony, and no view of the woods. And the communal kitchen? Not accessible. It's a bit of a letdown, especially since those were some of the things that sold me on the place. Still, if you're looking for a decent spot in a good location, you might be okay with the trade-offs.

Unfortunately, this place was a total mess. The pillows were dirty - I've got photos to prove it - and the entrance area smelled like something was rotting. The towels reeked of mildew, which is just gross. I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but the state of the place was a major turnoff. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Check-in was a breeze, and the bed was actually pretty good. But that's about where the positives end. The shower was leaking everywhere, and there was no one around to help. I was told there would be breakfast, but nope, that didn't happen. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower is a real challenge to use - the step-in is super high. All in all, it was a bit of a disaster.

There's no breakfast served here, but there's a great bakery nearby with some good breakfast options. The access code for the building took some getting used to, but the staff was helpful over the phone. The downside is that there's no one around at the hotel, and no vending machines or anything. It's a bit of a trade-off, but if you're looking for a simple place to stay, it might work for you.
